Install Instructions:

  1. Jack up vehicle until the tire is off the ground.

  2. Remove wheel and brake drum.

  3. Clean wheel studs thoroughly with our wire brush part #TRU-X-1755-WB.

  4. Thread 3 sleeves onto the wheel at the 12, 4 and 8 o'clock positions.

  5. The squared shoulder centers the brake drum and should seat directly against the hub face.

  6. Slide brake drum over studs and onto the sleeves.

  7. Your drum should now be centered and not move. (Make sure the squared portion of the sleeve and brake drum are flush with each other)

  8. Slide the wheel over the studs and onto the remaining smooth shoulder.

  9. Your wheel is now centered.

  10. Replace all lug nuts starting with the studs that have the sleeves on and tighten according to the manufacturer's specifications.

NOTE: All of our internal sleeves are threaded inside for accurate centering. The threading also ensures proper and accurate alignment to the hub face as well as prevents the sleeves from moving around on the stud causing wear on the sleeves as well as the wheel stud.
