Refund policy
Returns
Any products purchased within 30 days can be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in the original packaging. Products with custom or private labeling may not be returned. Please email sales@braketechtools.com to attain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days from the original invoice date. No returned merchandise will be accepted for exchange, credit, or refund without an authorized RMA number from Brake Tech Tools. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Brake Tech Tools must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Items returned must be in their original packaging. No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise has been used or if original boxes or packaging are marked, written on, or damaged. All returns are subject to a 25% standard industry restocking fee.

The return must reference the RMA number on the shipping label. Please do not write on the product boxes and/or packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in the same packaging and condition as originally shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company to see if the charge is pending. Charges will be posted typically in 5-7 business days. If you do not see your refund after this time period, contact sales@braketechtools.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items may be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@braketechtools.com and send your item to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will applied once the condition of the return item has been examined. Shipping speeds vary depending on where you are shipping the products. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
