Thread 3 sleeves onto the wheel at the 12, 4 and 8 o'clock positions.
-
The squared shoulder centers the brake drum and should seat directly against the hub face.
-
Slide brake drum over studs and onto the sleeves.
-
Your drum should now be centered and not move. (Make sure the squared portion of the sleeve and brake drum are flush with each other)
-
Slide the wheel over the studs and onto the remaining smooth shoulder.
-
Your wheel is now centered.
-
Replace all lug nuts starting with the studs that have the sleeves on and tighten according to the manufacturer's specifications.
